Since its founding in 1997, Oridus pioneered in applying client-server, network and internet technologies to assist semiconductor and electronics design companies to handle complex, real-time collaboration tasks. The debut of its first product, SpaceCruiser, marked the first cross-platform secure web collaboration solution in the market. The success of SpaceCruiser and its wide adoption by the top semiconductor and design companies not only validated Oridus' technologies but also helped us expand into the adjacent market of enterprise real-time collaborations.

The launch of NetTouch marks another major milestone for Oridus. NetTouch expands SpaceCruiser's features to provide new ways of enterprise-level communications and collaborations. The adoption of NetTouch by Hitachi Information Systems, Ltd., a world-leading IT service and integration company and one of Oridus' technology partners, lends us the needed credential in enterprise collaboration solution and many new directions to expand our technology and product offerings.

Given the rapid adoption of virtualization techniques and cloud-based computing infrastructures, it is Oridus' belief that a new generation of tools and services will be needed to address the integration and resource utilization issues arising in deploying secure, real-time collaboration services in both private and public clouds.
